PATA Manzanillo refers supporters to a new adoption website, Manzanillo Pet Adoptions, for the current furry faces seeking homes in our area.
ADOPT-AN-ANIMAL PROGRAM
Our adopt-an-animal program matches up rescued street animals with loving "forever" homes in the U.S. and Canada.
Participating expats living in Manzanillo will transport an animal back with them via airline or car to friends/neighbors/family when they return North in the spring.
The dog/cat would be dewormed and receive all proper vaccination, their free spay/neuter operation and veterinary paperwork to cross the border customs.
Our first recipient of the pilot program is Rica, a two month old female pup who is going to a "forever" home in California after receiving all her papers and surgery at the 2007 spay/neuter clinic.
